They refused to honor my prepaid reservation. The owner sold the room to a higher paying customer and did not notify me until I arrived to check in. Horrible experience, and I still haven’t received a refund.

Dirty, no working WiFi or tv, drug use everywhere, common areas smelled of urine, almost never anyone at the front desk, rude dismissive staff.

The Irish pub next door was the best.

There were homeless outside asking for money, the first room I was assigned had not been cleaned by the staff and had to get reassigned a new room.

There was one friendly person That cared.

There was staff that work nights that. Are rude and racists. and if you can't get in your room at night after12 am you have to wait 30 min to get a new key cause no one will be working that is if they show up.

Number 1 did not take cash to pay for it, did not clean the room during the stay, the door leading in to the room you could see right thru it big gaps,it showed a pool there and there was not a pool over all would not Recommend or stay there ever!

Yes! Worst customer service ever.. roach infested.. very dirty.. rowdy people who live on the property.. smells bad.. photos on website are deceiving

The staff was friendly

So much. First of all, it?s a motel. Outdoor entrances, the doors don?t even seal. Some have permanent residents. It?s nothing like the photos make you think.

The staff night&day - very accommodating and professional. I felt the southern hospitality at last! Breakfast was good too. Very clean pool.

Very friendly accommodating staff Restaurant was on site making it very favorable due to traffic concerns.

TV was not user friendly¿

This hotel was only about 4 miles from downtown and Broadway. Very easy to get there. This is definitely an older property but it was clean and very budget friendly. I would absolutely stay again.

Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly. The lobby was updated and nice. The gym was amazing. The hotel was located right off the interstate making for easy access. The Lost Paddy restaurant attached to it, was pleasant.

The room had been redone to match the vibe of the lobby, but this is an older hotel. The door did not close well and light was visible from underneath. The bedspread was visibly dirty, but staff gave us a clean one. Shower was not very clean.

The lounge/rec room area and gym looked great, but I didn't have time to use it.

The door didn't close all the way, it was noisy, and not all the outlets worked. The metal spring bed frames were a bad choice.

Check in time. She wanted me to pay an extra 25 dollars to check in at 1pm

Having the pub on the same site was fantastic.

Had great location the bed was comfortable it was clean people were friendly for the most part I feel safe and secure. Great price for what I got.

Spacious Room

Several others had problems with their keys not working. Actually having to switch rooms. Also a person with a child had to wait about 2 1/2 hrs to get in their room, since you don¿t accept cash. So it was almost 2 am til they got in their room.

Hotel employee and the staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very nice.

Exterior is a little shabby. No TV remote and staff couldn't produce one that worked. Issued a small credit to compensate for it.

It was five minutes from music row $10 uber to the concert free parking
